4-Hour Energy Bites

You know what’s better than 5 Hour Energy? 4 Hour Energy Bites  This recipe is one of our all-time favorites because it is so simple to make and tastes amazing (unless you don’t like peanut butter…but who doesn’t like peanut butter?). Next time you need a boost of energy, skip to artificial energy drinks and try one of these bad boys. Recipe below is featured in the PreGame Fit Program!

Ingredients:

½ cup oats
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tbsp honey

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well
Refrigerate for 20 minutes
Roll into 4 small balls
Enjoy!
