Pumpkin Pie Balls

Tis the season for all things pumpkin. Call us basic but we love pumpkin. Pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin soup…ok we’ll stop. But have you ever had pumpkin balls? These gems are the perfect blast of fall energy. They’re easy-to-make and taste bomb. The best part? You only need a refrigerator to make them! No kitchen or fancy equipment required. Happy Autumn!!!!!

Ingredients:

2 cups oats
½ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup walnuts or pumpkin seeds
2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well
Roll into 8 small balls
Refrigerate until set (at least 10 minutes)
