Meet Dempsey, creator of the PGF Workout Program/co-author of the PGF Nutrition Guide and owner of DempseyFit.com. With a long background as a professional athlete, trainer and writer, Dempsey has dedicated her life to helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle by sharing her knowledge and experiences with the world. She is a certified personal trainer (AFAA), registered yoga instructor (RYT 200) as well as an Ironman triathlete and endurance runner.

You may have seen Dempsey in a variety of television programs, including Access Hollywood, E! and NY Live where she appeared as a fitness expert, or in major media publications such as Shape Magazine, Fitness Magazine, NBCNews.com and The Huffington Post. She has also modeled for Nike and appeared in a large number of social media campaigns.

The idea for PreGame Fit program was born while Dempsey was studying and working as a personal trainer at the Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Training her peers, she learned first-hand about the health and fitness challenges faced by college students. The solution became a program that would address the main roadblocks she and other young adults faced when it came to incorporating fitness into their lifestyle: Time, Space and Money. As she continued her professional fitness career, Dempsey quickly realized these challenges are not exclusive to college students. Everyone faces them.
