But first coffee! That pretty much describes me.  Mornings don’t go well without my cup of Joe.  And now there is research supporting the black coffee habit.  A cup of coffee packs a powerful shot of energy. It is even associated to with living longer and better moods. And now there is science suggesting that there are many health benefits associated with our morning cup, or two or three — as long as it is black. Because sugar and creamers are definitely not healthy.  Long live coffee drinkers!
