To Vinegar or not to Vinegar!?!

Apple Cider Vinegar has been around for ages and it has been used as a diet aid and all purpose cleaner.  But it definitely has emerged recently as one of the more popular natural health food products. Its popularity is on the rise in large part because of its use for weight loss.  Studies do confirm that it has produced lower body weight, body mass index, visceral fat, waist measurements and triglyceride levels. For some the jury is still out but I’m in!

Here is my recommendation: 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, a teaspoon of honey, juice from half a lemon, 8 ounces water and ice.  Drink first thing in the morning.
